Mission

We make enterprise identity infrastructure manageable.

Identity Governance & Administration is the spine of what we do: 20 years of project work on SailPoint, Evolveum MidPoint and the previous generation of Oracle and Sun stacks. Around it we run three adjacent practices that an enterprise IGA program tends to need: security audit and pentest, DevOps engineering and AI engineering. One team, one contract, four disciplines. The same engineering generation that built early enterprise identity programmes in the late 2000s, still doing identity work today, on senior engineering tracks rather than management ones.

Our story

How we got here

The team formed around large Oracle programs, became a SailPoint technology partner, added MidPoint and an IDM audit practice, and is now shipping its own IDM product. Each chapter below has the platforms and the anchor engagements.

  1. Chapter 01

    2007 — 2014

    Origins: first enterprise IDM programs

The team that would become Identigy starts working in large enterprise IDM programs. Platforms: Oracle Identity Manager and Sun Identity Manager. Deep Oracle expertise crystallises here, on programs that span tens and hundreds of thousands of users, with the kind of integration depth that defines the team's identity for the next decade.

  2. Chapter 02

    2015 — 2019

Identigy founded. SailPoint becomes the flagship.

Identigy is officially founded in 2015. Technology partner of SailPoint since 2016, with the first IGA implementations on this platform. In parallel, large-scale Oracle programs continue. A 100,000+ user enterprise rollout of an Identity Manager across 36 regional branches of a national social-insurance fund. A multi-year SailPoint IdentityIQ engagement with a major energy group, built around a dynamic matrix role model across five business units. A long-running Oracle IdM program in a leading telecom group — a multi-domain structure spanning five companies of the group, with a custom SAP connector of 2,500 lines.

  3. Chapter 03

    2020 — 2022

MidPoint, IDM audit service, international footprint

Evolveum MidPoint enters the portfolio in 2020, opening the route into open-source IGA. The team adapts to remote work. By 2021 we are running 10 concurrent IDM programs on 5 platforms, and an IDM audit service is added to the offering. Early milestone migrations. An insurer moves from OneIdentity to Evolveum MidPoint through PoC and a parallel cutover. A major regional bank launches MidPoint in four phases. A bank within a European group replaces two incumbent IDMs (OneIdentity + Microsoft Identity Manager) with MidPoint in six months.

  4. Chapter 04

    2022 — 2026

SailPoint at scale, MidPoint at depth.

SailPoint takes centre stage on the global side: a multi-year Identity Security Cloud programme delivered for an international ride-hailing service, alongside the continuing decade-long IIQ engagement with the energy group. MidPoint deepens: hierarchical role models spanning 200+ target systems, custom connectors, and migrations from legacy Oracle and One Identity stacks for industrial groups, retailers and banks. The MidPoint installation we operate as our own corporate IDM is the same architecture pattern we deliver to clients. Engineering decisions are vetted on our own infrastructure first.

Values

How we work

Vendor-agnostic approach

Three IDM/IGA platforms sit in our core delivery focus today: SailPoint IdentityIQ, SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and Evolveum MidPoint: the stacks our team designs, ships and operates day-to-day. Around them we handle legacy and adjacent platforms (Oracle Identity Manager, OneIdentity, Microsoft MIM/FIM, IBM, CA, Sun IM) through assessment, migration and parallel-cutover engagements into that same footprint.

Engineering depth over breadth

Four practices, deliberately. We are not a universal IT provider. We go deep on identity, security audit, DevOps and AI, and we say no when a request falls outside that scope.

Long-term commitments

Most engagements run multi-year: an eight-year SailPoint IdentityIQ program with a major energy group, a decade-long Oracle IdM relationship with a leading telecom. Architecture decisions are made for operability, not for handover.

Cross-discipline by default

An enterprise IGA rollout pulls in identity engineers, auditors, DevOps and now AI. Under one Identigy contract these four practices share a tech lead and a delivery manager. No stitching three vendors together at the customer side.

Why us

Why clients hire Identigy

Boutique, not Big4

Boutique consultancy and vendor-agnostic approach, focused on IdM/IGA.

We are not a generalist Big4 programme reselling vendor licences. Same engineers from intake to go-live and beyond; we recommend SailPoint, MidPoint, OneIdentity or Oracle on technical merit, not on partnership tier.

SailPoint depth

Technology partner of SailPoint with hands-on IGA implementations on IIQ and Identity Security Cloud (ISC), including IIQ → ISC migrations, custom connectors and recertification campaigns at enterprise scale.

Evolveum MidPoint expertise

Partner of Evolveum. Active upstream contributor; maintain a reusable connector library used across MidPoint engagements.

Cross-domain bundle

IDM, security audit, DevOps and AI engineering in one team, under one contract.

Small team, deep skills

Direct contact with engineers, not five layers of management.

Engineering practice

Internal tools we develop and use

We develop several internal engineering tools for our own use and for client engagements. These are not products you can buy; they signal the depth of our engineering practice. If you want a similar outcome (a RAG assistant on your data, a customised MidPoint deployment), it is delivered as an AI Engineering or IDM Implementation engagement.

  • Self-managed Evolveum MidPoint — runs as Identigy's own corporate IDM. We eat our own dog food: same install, JML cycle and connectors we deliver to customers.
  • Custom connector library — re-used across MidPoint engagements, with selected components contributed back to the Evolveum community.
